Ballz v Blocks — Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

1. Introduction

Ballz v Blocks ("we", "our", or "the game") is developed by Sefa Öztürkmen. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play Ballz v Blocks on your mobile device. By installing or playing Ballz v Blocks, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Ballz v Blocks is a single-player game. We do not require accounts or logins, and we do not directly collect personally identifiable information from you. However, certain data is collected automatically by the third-party services we integrate (advertising and in-app purchases) and by the platform on which the game runs.

2.1 Information You Provide

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or address inside the game. When you make an in-app purchase, your payment information is handled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store and is never received or stored by us.

2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

  • Game progress – current level, high score, and stage state
  • In-game gold and unlocked skins – saved locally so your progress is preserved
  • Game settings – sound, music, and other preferences

2.3 Information Collected by Advertising Partners

Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may automatically collect and process information in order to serve, measure, and personalize ads. This may include:

  • Advertising ID (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
  • Device information (model, OS version, language, country, network type)
  • IP address and approximate (non-precise) location derived from it
  • App interaction data with ads (impressions, clicks, completion of rewarded ads)

2.4 Information Collected for In-App Purchases

When you purchase gold or other items, Google Play or the Apple App Store processes the transaction. We receive only an anonymous purchase confirmation (purchase token / receipt) used to deliver the gold to your account. We do not see your name, billing address, or full payment details.

2.5 Information Collected by Platforms

Google Play, Apple App Store, and platform services may automatically collect device identifiers, country, and crash reports under their own privacy policies. This data is collected by Google and Apple, not by us.

3. How We Use Information

Information processed in connection with the game is used to:

  • Save and restore your progress, gold balance, and settings on your device
  • Display advertisements (including rewarded ads that grant in-game gold)
  • Verify and deliver in-app purchases of gold and other items
  • Diagnose crashes and improve the stability of the game

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run our own user-tracking, profiling, or analytics infrastructure.

4. Advertisements

Ballz v Blocks displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads may be offered in exchange for in-game gold or other rewards; watching them is always optional. AdMob may use the advertising identifier on your device to deliver personalized ads. You can control or reset this identifier at any time:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and Apple Advertising)

If you are located in a region that requires consent (such as the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), the game will show a consent screen the first time you launch it, allowing you to choose between personalized and non-personalized ads.

5. In-App Purchases (Gold)

Ballz v Blocks offers optional in-app purchases, including bundles of in-game gold. All purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) under their respective terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. Gold and items purchased are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to the relevant store.

7. Children’s Privacy

Ballz v Blocks is suitable for general audiences and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the game shows advertising and offers in-app purchases, parents and guardians are encouraged to use the parental control features available on Google Play and the Apple App Store to manage purchases and content for younger users. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game or its advertising partners, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Data Security

Game progress and gold balance are stored locally on your device using the operating system’s standard storage. Communication with advertising and purchase services is performed over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Because we do not maintain accounts or our own user database, there is no personal profile for us to access or delete. You can control your data through the following actions:

  • Reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings
  • Opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or the in-app consent screen (where applicable)
  • Manage or cancel purchases through your Google Play or Apple App Store account
  • Clear the app’s data in your device settings, or uninstall Ballz v Blocks, to remove all locally stored game data

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when new features, ad networks, or purchase options are added to the game. Updates will be reflected on this page along with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
