How do I earn gold?

You earn gold by clearing stages, smashing gold pickup bricks during gameplay, and watching optional rewarded ads. Gold can also be purchased as in-app packs.

How do I unlock new ball skins?

Open the Gacha Machine from the main menu and spend gold to spin for a new skin. Each spin gives you a chance at a unique ball with its own visual effect.

Why am I seeing ads?

Ballz v Blocks is free to play. Ads (banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads) help keep the game free. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional and gives you extra gold or in-game rewards.

I bought gold but it didn’t arrive. What do I do?

First, restart the game to let the store re-validate your purchase. If gold still doesn’t appear after a minute, contact us at sefaozturkmenn@gmail.com with your order receipt from Google Play and we’ll restore it.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy. Open the Google Play app → Menu → Account → Order history → select the purchase → Request refund.

Will my progress sync between devices?

Currently your progress, gold and unlocked skins are saved locally on your device. Cloud save / cross-device sync is planned for a future update.

How do I reset my progress?

You can clear the app’s data from your device settings (Settings → Apps → Ballz v Blocks → Storage → Clear data). This will reset your level, gold and unlocked skins.
