Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Listis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use Listis only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the app to share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
- Use automated tools to access or scrape data from the app
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
3. User Accounts
You may use Listis as a guest (anonymous) or by creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. List Sharing
Listis allows you to share lists with other users via invite links. You are solely responsible for the content you share and the users you invite. Shared lists may be visible to all members you add.
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
Listis offers an optional premium subscription (Listis Pro). Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective platform's terms and refund policies.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Listis is owned by Sefa Öztürkmen. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Listis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sefa Öztürkmen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Listis at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
